Luggage arrived. That's the most important thing. This post is clearly for my mother, who is worried about me and my stuff.

You know, of course, that you will be with us in spirit as we celebrate Canada Day. I can't find my big maple leaf hat, but I bought a few accessories...mebbe the Mulroney tank will make an appearance, despite the fact that it's pretty much destroyed.
I suspect Cindy was more concerned about the fact that you had no hair product which would make you less desirable and less sell-able for a decent profit. Kidding!
Have a blast. There's usually a Canada Day party somewhere in Kigali (Kate went last year). I trust you can seek it out.
