In Search of Perfection (with Heston).

We are sitting in a Little Chef right now, just outside of Perth, Scotland. We literally drove 3 miles past it and then swung back around. One of the goals of the trip was to dine in a Heston Blumenthal approved Little Chef, but previous attempts to find one have ended in disaster. Thankfully, we are now living the dream.
